Effective for: All WindQuester products purchased through our official website or authorized dealers.

1) Standard Warranty Coverage

WindQuester stands behind the quality of every product we make. Most products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

2) Electronics & Power Accessories

Products that include electrical components—such as air pumps, power lights, fans, or USB-charged devices— are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:

  • Battery aging or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage, misuse, impact, modification, or improper handling
  • Products purchased from unauthorized or second-hand sources

3) Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is required.
  • Covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

4) How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please contact our support team with your order number and product photos at info@windquester.com.

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days and provide repair, replacement, or alternative solutions based on your case.

5) Additional Notes

  • All WindQuester products purchased from official channels are eligible for this warranty.
  • Items purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
  • Replacement items may be the same model or an equivalent product of similar value.
  • Each pump includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects.
