WindQuester gear covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product.
We make gear to be used outdoors, and we know that sometimes things go wrong. If something doesn’t seem right, get in touch with us.
We’ll take the time to understand what happened and work with you toward a practical solution.

What’s Covered

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal, intended use.
This may include issues with materials, stitching, construction, hardware, or other components that fail because they were not made as they should have been.
For an eligible warranty claim, depending on the nature of the issue, we may:
  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the affected component;
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or
  • Offer another appropriate solution.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the product, its age and condition, the nature of the issue, and the availability of parts or replacement products.

What’s Not Covered

Outdoor gear experiences real use, and lightweight gear will naturally show wear over time.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper setup, improper care or storage, modifications, abrasion, punctures, cuts, burns, UV exposure, environmental conditions, or the natural aging of materials.
These situations may fall outside the warranty.
They don’t necessarily fall outside our support.

Beyond the Warranty

Whether it’s a warranty issue or not, talk to us.
If your gear falls outside the scope of our warranty, we’ll still work with you to find a practical way forward whenever we reasonably can.
Sometimes that means helping you repair it yourself. We may provide technical guidance, repair instructions, suitable patch or repair materials, or help source compatible replacement components when available.
Sometimes the repair needs more experienced hands. When appropriate, we can help connect you with skilled independent gear-repair professionals and, where possible, support the repair with product information or suitable materials.
Sometimes the answer is a simple patch.
Sometimes it needs a professional repair.
Sometimes we need to figure it out together.
Our goal is simple: help good gear stay in use for as long as it reasonably can.
