1) Standard Warranty Coverage
WindQuester stands behind the quality of every product we make. Most products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
2) Electronics & Power Accessories
Products that include electrical components—such as air pumps, power lights, fans, or USB-charged devices— are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
- Battery aging or normal wear and tear
- Water damage, misuse, impact, modification, or improper handling
- Products purchased from unauthorized or second-hand sources
3) Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is required.
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
- Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
4) How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please contact our support team with your order number and product photos at info@windquester.com.
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days and provide repair, replacement, or alternative solutions based on your case.
5) Additional Notes
- All WindQuester products purchased from official channels are eligible for this warranty.
- Items purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
- Replacement items may be the same model or an equivalent product of similar value.
- Each pump includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects.
