WindQuester Pre-order Policy

1) About Pre-Order

This product is currently in production and available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your unit from the first batch once inventory arrives. Estimated ship date: around November 10, 2025 (±10 days). If any schedule changes occur, we’ll update you by email.

2) Shipping & Delivery

Pre-order items will be shipped in the order they were received once stock arrives. If your order includes other in-stock products, they will ship separately.

3) Payment & Cancellation

• Full payment is charged at checkout to secure your reservation.
• You may cancel your pre-order any time before shipping for a full refund.
• Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

4) Price & Guarantee

• Your pre-order price is locked in and will not change even if prices are updated later.
• All pre-order items include our standard limited warranty coverage.
• Each pump includes a 1-year limited warranty against defects.

5) Delays & Compensation

• For any shipping delay over two weeks beyond the estimated date, we’ll send a $10 WindQuester Gift Card to thank you for your patience.
• The gift card will be emailed to the address used at checkout and can be applied toward any future purchase on windquester.com.
• If you don’t receive your card within 3 business days after the two-week threshold, contact info@windquester.com.
