1. Shipping

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Available shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping fees may vary depending on your shipping address, product availability, and fulfillment location. The final shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Bundle & Split Shipment Notice
Some bundle orders may be fulfilled in separate packages depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment location. Items in the same bundle may arrive on different days. There is no extra shipping cost, and tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, remote-area delivery, and local holidays.

Please note that free shipping promotions may not apply to all international destinations unless specifically shown at checkout.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. For items reported as damaged, defective, or missing parts, WindQuester may request photos, videos, or a clear description of the issue before approving a return label, replacement, or refund. Return labels for damaged or defective claims will be issued only after the issue has been reviewed by our support team.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact our customer support team
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once the refund has been processed, please allow around 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

3. International Duties & Import Taxes

🇺🇸 United States

Applicable state sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

No additional import duties apply for domestic shipments within the United States.

🇨🇦 Canada

Applicable GST/HST will be calculated at checkout in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.

No additional import duties apply for domestic shipments within Canada.

🇦🇺 Australia

Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to GST or customs charges depending on the order value and Australian regulations.

No additional import duties apply for domestic shipments within Australia when orders are fulfilled domestically.

🌏 International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, Canada, and Australia, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
