Shipping & Returns Overview
This page provides an overview of WindQuester’s current shipping and return terms. Final shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges available for your order are shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Available shipping methods and delivery estimates may vary depending on the delivery address, selected products, package size, inventory availability, and fulfillment location.
Delivery estimates are shown in business days and may be affected by remote-area delivery, carrier delays, severe weather, weekends, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
United States
Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled through an approved U.S. warehouse or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), depending on product and inventory availability.

Express Shipping
• $15.99 USD
• Estimated 1–4 business days

Eligible Canadian orders may be fulfilled through an approved Canadian warehouse or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), depending on product and inventory availability.

Express Shipping
• $19.99 CAD

Australia
Eligible Australian orders may be fulfilled through an approved Australian warehouse or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), depending on product and inventory availability.

Express Shipping

Split Shipments & Bundle Orders
Orders containing multiple products or bundle items may be fulfilled from different warehouses or fulfillment locations.
As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.
If one package arrives before the rest of your order, the remaining items are still part of your order and may arrive in a separate shipment.
Separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
There is no additional shipping charge simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
International Pilot
Automatic online checkout for our International Pilot is currently available only for eligible orders shipping to:
• Germany
• Czech Republic
• Japan
• South Korea
Eligible International Pilot orders are currently fulfilled from our approved Canadian fulfillment location.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, selected products, package size, inventory availability, and fulfillment requirements.

International free-shipping promotions do not apply unless a free-shipping option is specifically displayed at checkout.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International Pilot orders are currently shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Duties, VAT, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier collection fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.
The recipient may be responsible for paying these charges before or at delivery.
WindQuester does not control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be assessed by local customs authorities.
Long, Bulky or Restricted Items
Long, bulky, oversized, or otherwise restricted products may not be eligible for every shipping method or destination.
Some products may be unavailable for automatic international checkout or may require a separate shipping quote.
Availability depends on the destination, package dimensions, inventory, product restrictions, and fulfillment location.
Returns
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
We aim to inspect returned items and issue approved refunds within 5–7 business days after the return is delivered to our return facility. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
After the refund has been issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact WindQuester before returning the product.
We may request photos, video, or other information to help us confirm the issue.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, WindQuester will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
