Tried it on sand and rocky trails, the support is great, and carbon fiber definitely feels more reliable.

These poles are impressively light and easy to adjust. The locks feel solid, and they give good support on steep climbs. The grips could use a little more padding, but overall they’re dependable and a great choice for hikers who value weight savings.

I’ve owned both one-piece and folding poles, but these three-section blue poles really hit the sweet spot. They’re sturdier than folding designs but still compact enough to travel with. The grips are comfortable and the poles feel very reliable, even on rocky terrain.
